Downloading the app was easy as was connecting the device to my phone. It is very inconsistent in updating step count. Sleep almost never works and Heartbeat is also very inconsistent. I have tried tightening the band, I got a mild rash from that. I contacted support and here is their reply:Thanks for taking time to contact us.For sleep monitor, please refer to tips as below:1. Please connected the tracker with the APP before you go to sleep. And note do not let the tracker disconnect from your smartphone during this time.The device will disconnect from your smartphone in the following cases:1)Smartphone Bluetooth was off or exceed normal Bluetooth connection distance range (The normal Bluetooth connection distance is within 10 meters, it can easily be reduced by walls or furniture, etc.)2)The “VeryFitPro” APP was ended in phone background process.2. Once the device is connected to the APP successfully and support with enough power, it will record and analyze your sleeps automatically. (please make sure the wrist band sit closely on your wrist before use). It judges your sleeping status from your wrist action or body movement. The device only records your last period of sleep (over 2 hours, from 0:00~24:00).3. Warm tips: the sleeping data is also related to your personal info, please make sure your personal info on your app are updated. (Steps: Go to VeryfitPro app -> User -> My info)4. Product has good quality band, picture, color, however the heart rate sensor does not work well at all. I did multiple manual heart rate tests and then compared them to the heart rate on the fitness tracker and the fitness tracker was off by 50bpm. I have an app on my phone that is very accurate but requires me to stop and put my finger on a sensor. I compared the phone app to the fitness tracker and the app was just a few beats off from the actual bpm.

Great tracker for the price. Quite uncomfortable after sleeping in or wearing too long. The heart rate monitor sticks out pretty far and causes an awkward amount of focused pressure.
