Cake topper was damaged/ripped straight across the characters face!!!
After arriving in a huge great big box, the cake topper was ripped or bent or a similar type of damage. Absolutely nothing I could do about it as I needed it for the following day. Horrified that my daughter bless her, had specifically asked for a stitch cake on her birthday and I have to give her one with a ripped cake topper. I can't even hide it with a candle because the rip is so long. I'm so embarrassed to give it to her. And it's at a party in front of all if her friends. So disappointed. Too late to return it so now I've paid for something that is absolutely not fit for purpose but I couldn't not use it because I had nothing else to use at that short notice, having expected the product that I paid for in good faith, would arrive in a usable condition. The pictures I've attached were of it in the packaging. I can confirm it looks just as bad, if not worse on the actual cake 😔
