our puppy loves this puppy food. it is crunchy but he can eat it while h e is teething. he is looking and feeling great . he is growing great the vet says he is very healthy.. we have it under subcribe so we get a bag every month and it is for less. also our puppy is lab. we also use it for training treats.

I was in the hospital and had to order food online whereby it could be delivered right to my door. The IAMS bag was for my Brown baby although my Black baby does indulge every so often… it’s important that the process from searching the website to delivery is stress free and seamless. I did find the options rather confusing because my first order was not “free” as promised online. Another thing that was confusing was that altitude was one order, the shipment was delivered in 2 separate packages.
