Gum Go-Betweens Proxabrush Refills Wide [614] 8 Each (Pack of 12)

I reordered WIDE proxa-brushes, 12 packages of 8 pieces. After I received them, I opened most of the packages and transferred the brushes into one bottle for easier removal each time I wanted to use them. Then, after some time has passed when I still used the brushes from the previous shipment, I noticed that they (almost all, as far as I can see in the bottle) were of the "tight", not the "wide" variety. Since I discovered this late, I thought I had no way of proving that they were the wrong size since I have repacked them and I decided not to complain and just not to buy them from the same company in the future. Yesterday, I discovered that two of the 8-piece packages were not repackaged because there was no space in the bottle and that one of the packages was for "wide" brushes, and one for "tight" brushes (see picture". So now I have proof that what I got was a mixture of sizes, not all in the size that I ordered. But there is no place for me to complain anymore because the "Return window closed on Aug 26, 2020". So now I have an almost a year worth of proxa-brushes that are of the wrong size.

I like that I could get this product for less money than from the my local drug store although I needed to buy about $30.00 worth to get free shipping. That much may seem like a lot but I use them and they won't go out of style or any such thing over the next year+- that they will last for. Storing them doesn't take up a lot of room and I plan on having my teeth long after I run out of these "in between" brush heads.

they are fragile, I have used these for like 15 years bought from the store, this item # and the metal part is very weak, my others were stronger and the brush part was as well, really need to know if seconds because I need the strong ones. GUM is the only one that makes them so by them getting them they must be defective. Great buy otherwise. ( X Dental Tech)

This is the only proxabrush that has a Christmas tree appearance.

If you want any chance to fight this. Use this product everyday. Dip your brush in mouthwash/chlorexidine . . with your probrush

These are not as easy to use as the brushes with the built in handle but they are much less expensive and I will probably continue to buy them.

These proxybrush brushes work well. They last for several days which makes them a little pricey but they cleaned the spaces between your teeth well
