I love this product! This is way better than my morning coffee. It gives me clean energy and focus but not the jitters as they help me feel get motivated and energetic in the morning. The energy isn't up and down like coffee as it maintains a more consistent pep. I also take this 30 mins before my workout and it does wonders. I like that this is healthy, affordable. Very simple formula of caffeine and L-theanine with the right ratio of each. I take it first thing in the morning. The caffeine offers the boost I need, the L-theanine helps with the jitters and offers a calming sense.
