I bought this make of selenium and they came in tiny capsules, which I was very happy with. I reordered and received these uncoated tablets instead. They had changed the type of supplement without making it clear. I had to throw them away, as they would become stuck in my throat and make me choke. Be aware that these are uncoated and if you're happy with that you'll be alright.
