This pre-workout is great and has a delicious flavor! It’s definitely on my re-order list monthly. The quality is impeccable and doesn’t cause any stomach pain or intense jitteriness like other brands I’ve tried.

I’m not someone who get an upset stomach easily. And I didn’t from this product. The taste isn’t SPECTACULAR but for a preworkout, it’s definitely manageable! For the money, great deal! My energy increases for at least 2 hours after taking this and I don’t get jittery from it. The quality is high as you should expect from a name-brand. Wish it was carbonated somehow but otherwise, great product!

Taste is great!

I usually love all C4 products and it delivers a good energy boost but this particular kind didnt do it for me. Maybe I got a bad batch. It doesn't give me any boost of energy like all other times purchased and why is it spicy?? I like a good thermogenic but I wasn't expecting the spice of cayenne peppers as an after taste and burn apon my first gulp. Definitely threw me off.
