The yoga headstand banch costs around 4000 Rs, at the essence it's just a stool with a v shaped groove in the middle, the reason for my low rating is the quality and finish of the product. If you are charging 4k for a such a simple setup ensure the quality is good. The foam on one side wasnt attached a nut in the bottom was missing. Does the manufacturer realise he is legally liable if anything happens to the customer due to a manufacturing defect ? The legs are not solid steel they are hollow but they could hold the weight maybe. The foam on top is thick but not attached properly.

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty good. Works as intended. I would recommend to others.

I use it for inversions and I also use it for deeper poses and balance. It took right about five minutes to assemble and it's super sturdy. I love the guide that came with it and I've already recommended it to friends. I love it .........I was looking into something like this to help build core and lower back strength. It's slow and steady work but this helps me immensely and the stretches feel wonderful! I have a form Muscular Dystrophy so balance and core work are very hard for me, but yoga and pilates are the best treatments and this really does help.Thankyou so much❤️❤️❤️❤️

Helps you in Headstand i.e. Shirshasana and avoids weight on your neck , holds weight on shoulders, its very good design and made in way that you will not fall down while doing head stand, help to do head stand for long time and cushins are given to give comform to shoulders. only weight carrying capacity must be checked, i can tell it takes up to 85 to 90 kg weight.

Afraid to use,But ok.Could be made better, not really good finish.
