Bought 20w version but never arrived, tried the 30w from a friend before try buying again a "better/more powerful" version and found out accesories dont work as shown on videos. roller and chuck don't turn when engraving, are hard on surfaces, cables to short, etc, tried proprietary software as well as lightburn, nothing worked well. customer service is a joke just answer to people when order number is provided, how ridiculous is that. ended up returning the device to my friend and thank him for avoiding me the hassle of dealing with them again. for engraving materials on a flat surface about 120x120 works nice but anything else is just a no, no! at the end bought an xtool, more expensive but definitely user and customer services experience is second to none!
