I am not here to tell you that Shilajit is going to do some magic in your life. In fact, I'm not allowed to. But I can't honestly see where any benefit would counter the absolute vileness of this goo! It tastes awful. It smells awful. It has a creepy consistency that is somewhere between a jelly and a slime. The color itself is revolting. And it stains EVERYTHING! I don't know what you can do to get the effects of Shilajit, but find something else. Absolutely gross!
