Gel Heel Grips Pads Liner Cushions Inserts for Loose Shoes,Shoe Pads for Shoes too Big (Beige, 2 Pairs)

One of my feet is 1/2 size smaller than the other. I thought these would be the answer. They were not. I found them to be so uncomfortable. My heel rubbed against them and became irritated.I read that putting a soft cloth or tissue in the toe of your shoe would push the foot back. So simple and it works! No rubbing on my heel.

Pros: the adhesive is very sticky and the liners don’t come loose at all inside the shoe. Also, they do an effective job of preventing heel slippage in shoes that are slightly too big.Cons: the little bumps on the pad are ostensibly to provide extra grip, but they HURT. From the moment I put the grips in my shoes walking was painful due to the tiny bumps digging into the sensitive back of my heel. Even just standing in the shoes with minimal walking led to blisters forming after just a couple of hours. I ultimately had to take these liners out of my pumps because my heels couldn’t take the rubbing anymore.

I was really excited about these because they're different than any other heel grips I have used and it seemed like a good idea but.. they did not work at all. They didn't stick to the inside of my shoes and with every step I took they would move a little bit and after maybe 10 steps they just slipped out of the back of my heel. Someone behind me literally picked them up and told me I dropped something.. I tried sticking them back on only to get the same result. So yeah do NOT purchase these.

I had two pairs of shoes I needed these gribs for so the packet of two was perfect. Well the first time I inserted them in my heels I cleaned my heel but did not let it dry fully causing the grips not to stick well. (Probably should’ve listed to the other review) I reached out to the company and they were able to reimburse me to get a replacement. Bottom line is they work I’m size 4.5-5 I had a size 6 heel and now I’m able to comfortably walk around without them slipping off of my feet.

These have been one of my best purchases! Saved me from so many blisters and made slightly too large shoes fit better. I have recommended these to my roommates. I’d recommend them to anyone. Some of the shoes I have purchased were so painful to walk in that I never wore them. Insert these bad boys and I can wear the shoes ALL DAY with no discomfort. Buying more and putting these on all my shoes!

Packaging was magnificent! And the cushions are awesome. It’s not like the cheapo pads that just kinda support or add a small layer behind your heel. It’s thick enough that it actually pushes my foot into the right spot and the individual grips grasp on to your heel in the most comfortable undetectable way! I absolutely love it!! These shoes are one of my faves but I’m always nervous becaus Ethel instant I walk in them too long or my feet sweat the slightest they start flipping!! Loudly!! But it has not happened once with these inserts! Def ordering more in the future!!
