Broke down after 2 weeks
Product is great and very useful and I love it but unfortunately lasted 2 weeks only. Very disappointed. Started leaking water from the head, I don't think this can be fixed. Probably will be thrown away as I don't have the packaging to return it anymore.

Excellent product
This is a great addition to the bathroom and definitely leaves you feeling cleaner. The item is made of metal and is of very high quality. The pressure can be very high so you need to learn what works best for you… but it’s simple enough you just don’t hold the trigger as hard.The installation was very simple with easy to follow instructions so there is no guess work required and all the components you need are in the box. They even give you Teflon tape so you can secure the pipes even better with no leaks.

Terrible quality leaked after 2 months
Difficult to install, leaked for a while but then seemed ok. After 2ish months I noticed a small amount of water on the floor then the next day a lot of water. One of the nuts had cracked over time and now leaked water continually so I had to remove it. Waste of money!

Poor quality and finish. Disappointment
I have returned the product as the T-valve or diverter is leaking after installing.

Leaking from valve housing
Bought few weeks back to fit in new house but when fitted leaks from valve housing. Check product before the return runs out as could be faulty

Low quality
Not really good quality. I have had better one in the same price range. There was some mold or fungus inside and looks used.
