Im pretty big, especially around the stomach area (5'2 and 250lbs and I have notches to spare) works ur stomach and upper bum area, legs too a little bit. Good if u can be consistent with it over a long period

Does is jobs and easy for first timers. Spins pretty well just a little loud. Nothing ear phones can't fix
