2,000 Blanketflower Seeds with Free Shipping by Cheap Seeds

Germinated fine, but there is so much extra trash in the bag compared to what I normally get for blanketflower that I was really disappointed - seed heads galore, which adds to the weight, which could be why they shorted on seeds? Says 2000 seeds, and this is probably one of the closer numbers from Cheap Seeds (their 10,500 Godetia seeds, I got more like 2,000). I scooped aside 100 of these for a visual reference, Then created equal piles from that, there may be 900-1,000 seeds here total. Even if I grossly undercounted, there's 1,500 at most, which means I was shorted significantly. Won't buy again.

These are shipped from Hong Kong Harvest even though the invoice lists the seller as Golden Autumn 001. I never buy goods made in China - least of all native wildflowers. Planting directions on the tiny foil packages read "Pay attention to cultivating way. Attentive Caress. Love to grow." Not sure if all of "Cheap Seeds" products are grown in Hong Kong, but the two I ordered are Purple Coneflower & Blanketflower. Feeling misled!!

Planted in February, germinated great, I waited, watched, and then in July... What in the world? What plant is this? This is not a blaketflower? It is not even the Asteraceae family (if you know anything about botany).I wasted months of my time on some random plant that is not what I ordered. It grows great! But, so do my weeds...I also bought another packet of seeds from the same seller - same result. In fact, both packages have the same plant even though the were labeled differently. So, instead of getting the flowers I ordered I got ripped off by some weed.

I ordered these seeds on march and were estimated to be deliver by April 29th, the latest. It is already late May and I have not received the seeds. I try contacting the seller by email, but amazon said there is a problem with their email. My recommendation to you is to not buy this product! Not worth the wasted time, nor the risk of it being seized by homeland security if product contains an insect or any other moving object. Buy locally if possible.

I've received these seeds a month ago. It came in a small clear plastic bag. I only planted about 100 seeds. The germination rate was pretty good; about 95%. The germination time was very impressive. The young plants started to appear only a few days after planting. Make sure that the soil is damp and the seeds receive a little sun light.I'm pretty satisfy so far. Will add more review when the plants reach maturity and bloom (they're only about 1/2 inch tall now).
