I ordered the product for my sister. But on receipt of order the product was found without any packing, warranty card. Moreover, out of 5 accessories shown, only two were received. Tried atleast 10 times to put request to get the item replaced, but there is some problem. I have not been able to complete the complaint

I purchased this in July and gave it a negative review. Why?.... Because after receiving the massager i tried to plug it in. It did not work. I was very disappointed and started a return process and wrote the earlier review. But having to travel I could not follow through on the return and felt that I was stuck with a defective product. Later upon examining it i realised that it did not start when plugged in becasuse the plug was of poor quality and did not fit into a standard socket. I bought a good quality 5amp plug as well as some good quality electrical cord. Changed the plug and extended the cord. Cost me around Rs750/= Now I have an amazing massager that relaxes the painful muscle spasms that I get on my feet and legs. I have been using this for the last six months. Very happy with the product. I would suggest to the manufacturer to charge a bit more if required but provide a good quality plug as well as a longer cord for ease of use.

I had to purchase it twice. The first one that i purchased stopped working within 5 minutes of usage. Even though it's working is good and effective for relaxation but didn't expect it to stop working within 5 minutes of usage. I purchased it again and the 2nd one worked fine. The cord length is pretty small though so you have to sit right next to the plug point in order to use it. It is easy to use and of good quality.

This HealthSense massager is very strong and perfect for getting deep relief on sore muscles and back pain. First thing what I liked about this product is the built quality which is really good and made out of good quality plastic. Initially it was difficult for me as the lock around the massager was opening and falling over and over again. Later I came to know that it was not fixed appropriately the way it should be fixed. The quality of massage and the vibrations are perfect for a human body. However the power of the vibrations could be slightly better. There are four extra attachments with this. Out of which the Ball Head is of no use I felt and the company could replace the ball head with some other which would be more helpful. Even the quality of the dial for the speed is really good just loved it. The company can actually work towards a head ache friendly massager head is what I would recommend Over all it is a Lovely product at an amazing rate. I'm extremely DISSAPPOINTED by the way item got delivered, NO PACKING AT ALL- I REPEAT, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PACKING, THEY STICK MY ADDRESS STICKER ON PRODUCT BOX ITSELF WITHOUT ANY OTHER PACKING & SEND IT TO ME ,NOT EVEN A PLASTIC COVER!! AND WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO SEAL THE BOX!! ANYBODY COULD OPEN AND CHECK THE PRODUCT !! ITS A MIRACLE ITEM GOT DELIVERED WITHOUT DAMAGE OR MISSING ATTACHMENTS!! DISAPPOINTED 😞 About the product , build quality is good, working fine, I brought for my mum , she often have back & leg pain, vibrations are good, temporary relief if small pain, ball head attachment is pretty good but it's bit heavy, over 1kg.. so hard to handle for her, cannot use for long as hands get tired very fast also machine is getting slightly heated within 10-15 min of use in lowest setting. Another con is, cannot massage bony areas, if you are too slender, this massager may not be a good fit, speaking of, if anybody wondering if it can be used on face or head-NO !! TOO BIG AND VIBRATIONS ARE TOO MUCH!
