Bad laptop
Laptop started to shutdown automatically while gaming and I'm not able to apply for warranty as the service center is saying this laptop is from Canada

Warranty
The laptop i purchased online in India started giving problems within six months. When i tried to register service request, i realised that the Laptop was covered under US warranty. Amazon customer care asked me to contact Dell service center. Dell service center refused to accept the laptop as it was covered under US warranty.I managed to get the laptop repaired from a local service center. However, the laptop started giving regular problems and i had to discard it finally.I REQUEST BUYERS TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY.

Pathetic service providers
I was not able to claim the warrenty on the product as fell claimed that the product was registered in US. Both Dell and Amazon kept blaming each other and I was left to call both the service centers with no result. Finally the time expired and I was left stranded. This is a scam and I will report it to consumer forum.

The laptop didn't have the nvidia graphics story
Sadly, as it was a gift, I figured out the fraud after the return window, and my warranty horror stories are similar to what others have detailed here. But it's still hard to believe the fraud at this level.
