I got these for my upcoming wedding, to add some nice lift in the bosom area. With my t-shirt and sports bra, the effect of these silicone pushup pads is minimal. Instead, I recommend these pushup pads with use of an underwire or a pushup bra to add even more 'pushup' and then these pads would show my bosom much better. I think silicone pushup pads are way superior to cotton or other fiberfill pads because of longer life and easier care. I've had fiberfill pads and running them thru the washing machine even in a delicate bag they often end up misshapen and lumpy... and no one wants boobs with fiberfill lumps. Silicone is also easier because perspiration can saturate fiberfill pads during a time with lots of dancing and other physical activities, so instead silicone push up pads can be more easily washed and kept sanitized. I want my girls fresh and happy!!If we were going on a tropical honeymoon, depending on the swimsuit, these would also work well because they are silicone and would not be impacted by water. They would need a swimsuit style top that would hold them in place. For instance, they wouldn't work too well with a string bikini, but there have been some Victoria Secret's swimsuits I've owned in the past that would look GREAT with these (but I can't find those swimsuits anymore... so no swimsuit pictures yet)As I wrote this review, I struggled with assigning either a 4 or a 5 star review, because these do seem to need something firm to press against to give maximum benefit. A 4.5 would be perfect, so I have rounded up to five because I do really like them and will be using them under my wedding dress for my wedding and everything afterwards... and then nights out when I want to look even better! This is my second ever pair of silicone bra inserts. While my original ones are still good, I figured it might be nice to try some others to see if they provided any extra boost or cleavage to my 32B bust.I love that these come in a nice, zippered case so that after using them, I can give them a gentle cleaning with mild soap and water, dry them off, and then place them back inside the case for safe, clean storage. I do have to be mindful, though, when zipping and unzipping the case not to snag these delicate inserts.I got the large, +2 cups size for maximum boost, and I’m impressed with their size and firmness. They slip easily into the bottom of a plunging bra to add plenty of dramatic boost. I can even add them to already heavily padded push-up bras to attain the maximum cleavage my small bust can achieve, which I must say, looks quite impressive. I find these generally comfortable to wear, but as things heat up here in Florida, I know how the sweat factor can make them feel slightly irritating and slippery.

These are hard, and not flexible at all. You can see the outlines of the pads even when put inside the hole of a bra. They also don't stay in place. I can not recommend them. Keep looking.

These bra silicone inserts are made well. They are thick and very squishy and was easy to insert inside my bra. They work better inside a sports bra than any normal wired or unwired bra because they don’t have any adhesive and will slip out of the bottom of the bra. They work extremely well as far as providing lift and a a size or two cup sizes. They are very comfortable to wear and I almost forgot I had them inserted until they started to slip underneath my wired bra. I do recommend if you can figure out a solution to prevent the.m. From sliding out the bottom. They also come a storage clear zip case and they are easy to clean and wipe off.

These can easily be placed in your existing bra to give your 'gals' some lift. I don't know that I would say that it adds a whole cup size but definitely pushes them up some. These will be great when wearing a lower cut top if you are wanting to add some cleavage. They are a little heavy (heavier than a foam version) so I don't know how these would work in a non-lined bra or a swimsuit. They aren't hard which makes them comfortable. Because they are large enough to fill up the bottom third of a bra it will be interesting to see if they cause more boob sweat when it gets summer. Overall a good selection for the intended purpose.

I recently lost a bit of weight and of course, lost it in the bust area as well. I purchased the size recommended on the chart, and they seem to do the job of filling in where I lost fullness. Although I think the smaller size would have worked well too. They are comfortable to wear, you just need to figure out the best placement for you and the bra you are wearing as in some they work better placed farther to the bottom and in others tucked up farther to the side.

These are better for a push up effect in a bra designed to hold inserts. They move too much when not anchored somehow. They're also not a great shape. If you're looking for evening out appearances post-surgery (or for any other reason) these aren't the right option.

They had a bit of weight to them but did not cause any discomfort after an extended period. They are durable enough to not be a worry of shifting around. A good product to have for adding a bit of lift.
