Warning. Asthmatics be cautious. I'm glad I only took 1 and not the recommended 3 tablets at once. 1 tablet was enough to cause wheezing and shortness of breath. I got a shocking headache and I also got pretty severe cramps in my guts. I'm glad I had enough reliever Inhaler and a heads up to other asthmatics. Definitely run by your GP and if you proceed I'd begin with 1. Gut pain and headaches can be helped easier than triggering an asthma attack.All of us are different but just a word of caution.

I'm about finish the bottle of capsules, but honestly I didn't see any minor improvement on my skin. My skin ( pigmentation, dull , black marks) looks same as before.

I previously purchased the 1000mcg version. These are more effective in my opinion. No benefits noticed with skin as Ive heard it has anti ageing properties but I like not waking up coughing and wheezing.S-Acetyl Glutathione form works the best for me. So I won't repurchase.

Seems to be a good quality product. There is no taste or aftertaste when taking ths capsules and I haven’t had any side affects from taking them. Still waiting to feel the affects but so far so good…

Glutathione is an alternative option to N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and I suspect is becoming more popular as a supplement because NAC is now classified as a drug in the US rather than a supplement. It's worth checking out the difference before picking either supplement if you want to try it.These capsules are of the standard powder capsule type, so the size hopefully won't be a problem for most people. There's little or no smell from the bottle and no smell or taste when swallowing them.You're getting 90 capsules and their serving suggestion is 3/day so this bottle is a month's supply.As long as you're happy to supplement with glutathione rather than NAC, and the price remains competitive which it does seem to be at the time of review, I don't think you'll have any problems with this product.
