I honestly hate to do clay masks however this one does help my skin. I have melisma and I noticed that my face looks more clean and my dark spots get lighter. Pretty good product

I had the privilege of trying this product and I had never tried a sulfur mask before. Didn't know quite what to expect but once I opened the container I found inside a thick yellow paste. Before opening, I read the instructions that said to clean the face first and then apply an even and thin amount all over the face avoiding the eyes and mouth. Once applied leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off with water.So after applying the yellow paste to my face and between 15 to 20 minutes, I noticed that the yellow paste had virtually disappeared. I was expecting it to be cakey yellow and dried out but it it had pretty much disappeared. I rinsed and then added a skin toner/ moisturizer and the deal was complete. My skin appeared to look more refreshed afterwards. For me, the mask did not burn or give me any kinds of discomfort. I don't have a problem with acne per se other than a minor pimple here and there, but I do have occasional issues with blackheads. I'm hoping this will help with that.As with most products, this comes with the disclaimer, so make sure you read the directions to see if this is something that you should be trying out.This is a first time use for me and so I think it was a good start, but I expect to see real results further down the line after repeated use. For now I can give this five stars.

Tried it. Like most clay mask where you put on, wait, then rinse off. Didn't notice much sulfur scent. Not sure if that is good (won't have the stinky sulfur smell) or bad (not enough sulfur). After use, skin felt pretty good. Do like but would not say much better or worse than other clay masks.

I suffer from chronic acne and hyperpigmentation. I am always looking for a face mask and products to help. I was very excited to find this sulfur mask on Amazon. Sulfur is great for acne! I wish the ingredients were listed on the product description. After the mask arrived and I checked the ingredients, I was disappointed to see some pore-clogging ingredients in the mask. For an mask specifically for acne, the ingredients need to be pore/acne- friendly and not pore-clogging or make acne worse. Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil is listed three separate times. I am not sure why you would list this three separate times, but it makes me question this product.Overall, the product is a pretty yellow color with a light scent. The scent reminds me of my grandmothers cold cream. I followed the directions applying a thin layer all over my face and waited the allotted 20 minutes. This mask did not dry like other masks I have used in the past. The mask did rinse easily off with warm water. Despite having the pore-clogging ingredients, I did use this twice to help with my review. I didn't notice any difference after the two uses. It didn't help with my existing acne, nor did it make it worse. I also did not notice any brightening or oil-reduction. Overall, I would not purchase this again. I think there are better products out there that are more acne-friendly.

I'm in my 40's and unfortunately I still suffer from hormonal breakouts especially around my time of the month. I have tried a few different things but this mask is one of the things that has helped quickly. With just one use any breakouts are significantly smaller and less red the morning after use. It doesn't smell bad like I was expecting with the sulfur. I can only smell a hint of the sulfur. There is pretty much just a light clay scent.The mask is very thick so I can't really apply it with my brush like I'd prefer. Make sure you use a thin layer as stated in the directions. I used a little too much the first time and it took forever to rinse off. That was my mistake though. A nice thin layer is all you need and it works perfectly.The box is clearly marked with a manufactured date and an expiration date but it's not on the jar itself. This has never made sense to me as most people don't keep the box. It would make more sense to print it on the jar. I just used a sharpie to write the expiration date on the bottom of the jar. Not really that big of a deal.For the price this is a great mask and I definitely recommend it especially if you suffer from hormonal breakouts like I do.

The sulfur mask is very easy to use. It is smooth and easily spreadable. A light application over the entire face is all that is needed. It does have a smell of sulfur, but it doesn’t linger really or anything that I noticed. My skin feels very refreshed afterwards and appears smoother. I enjoy this clay mask!

Followed directions and applied clay mask. Very strong Sulphur smell when applied and lingers after washing face. Mask dries to a pale yellow but not so its uncomfortable or pulling at skin. Washed off with warm water. No residue or tackiness. Did not cause skin irritation, burning or redness. Skin clean and refreshed. 24 month shelf life after opening. Similar to other face clay mask. Ingredients and usage on jar. Doesn't feel drying but I won't use everyday more like once a week. Comparable in price and quality as similar.
