Love the products made by this company! Recently switched to Truly Free laundry soap and fabric softener because I was concerned about harmful chemicals used to make traditional laundry products. These smell great, clean great, soften fabrics and are eco friendly . The first time order should include laundry soap/fabric softener mixing jug with laundry soap and fabric softener packets. Simply mix them with water in jug and use until empty . Re-use jug over and over. I have placed the laundry soap and fabric softener on repeat order and I will probably never go back to the traditional products again. I also use this company’s dishwasher soap, everyday cleaner , degreaser and laundry stain treatment. Very satisfied.

Are these softener refills supposed to be liquid in the pouches? What I got was hard, clumped up and crumbly product—doesn’t make it easy to dump in the jug. This is my first time using this brand and I was so pumped to try it. A quick google search has me thinking what I got isn’t the norm. Please provide feedback! Should I return the product?

smells good and it’s non toxic!

It really didn’t soften much. However it was a good fabric rinse and conditioner.
