Once installed, it cannot easily be removed without damaging it, a design flaw you need to be aware about. The centre middle bar that covers the screw holes is secured with strong adhesive tape and once fitted, you cannot remove it without bending/damaging it (and indeed the threshold itself as you try to pry it out). The seller can supply replacement 'middles', but they cost ~£8 each plus the equivalent for delivery. So if like me you want to install one somewhere where you may need future underfloor access, they are not a cost viable option (unless you have won the lottery)!I have hopefully given myself a chance to remove it in the future by only removing the tape backing in a few small sections (see photos) and with a little methylated spirits to help loosen the glue bond, i hope i can manage it. Not securing it at all is not an option IMO as you don't want a loose centre bar fitted in a very expensive threshold........In summary then, they are indeed 'posh' and do look great, but be aware of the design flaw or disregard it and spend, spend, spend.......

Looks good in position. Well packaged, arrived sooner than expected. Easy to cut and fit.

These are a little pricy but look great. If you want to finish a room off properly can't go wrong with these. Look fantastic when fitted.
