My daughter is 12 but does her own hair a lot and asked for a head so she can practice styles on. She is also considering becoming a hairdresser so styles makeup and hair constantly. This mannequin is nice it clips on to her vanity. It is easy to style and the hair combs through nicely. It doesn’t shed too much and seems like it will be easy to curl and cut if she chooses to.

This was purchased for my niece that is almost 3 & 1/2. For the amount of items included in it, ease of using for practicing makeup looks, and the fairly dense and long hair to practice on.... It's a great deal, esp for someone looking to use it as a toy or to learn new looks. The color was a good match to the image though I'd call it light auburn brown. My niece LOVES it and is learning how to use make up, make up brushes, and is learning to do basic hair styles. We have yet to wash the hair or use heating tools but will update if she gets to that level of hair styling. She ADORES has it attached to her little vanity. Makeup of all kind (adult & teen/,child) has simply wiped off with baby wipes or make up remover wipes. Plus, she loves that she always has a willing face to practice on or hair to brush/style. I think it might even be her fav gift she got for Xmas! I'm excited to give her my older makeup (or stuff I didn't like as much) so she can save her "good" makeup for her face.

I bought this for my daughter whom was expressing interest in braiding. She was able to practice braiding and styling on this mannequin head. The quality was good. There was minimal shedding when she was styling. It did not tangle up easily and was the perfect thickness to style and braid. We were able to practice curling and straightening with no issues.

Little less shedding but pretty good overall. Washed and air dried. Doesn’t tangle which is good. Hair feels soft and natural. Love the color of hair. I feel like it’s gonna last a long time. Perfect size for my daughter to practice on. Comes with some accessories.

Item it very nice but looses hair very easily when brushing with comb provided. Even tried switching brushes and still hair comes out pretty easily. Has lost good amount of hair with in first few days of use

Got this for my daughter ride Christmas, 10/10. She has one few Christmas’s ago and it do not last long the hair was falling out, but when I saw this one I wanted to try it. The hair is so real she can curl it, straighten it and she can do MAKEUP on the mannequin. She is 13 and this is PERFECT for her age!

As the item description says, it is 80% real hair. I performed a cut in a V shape with a texturizing razor. It was REALLY HARD to cut with a razor. I ended up using my texturizing shears. I blow-dry it and use a straightening iron. However, the outlook is not looking good.

It came as pictured and described. Good quality, hair is thick, looks professional. All in all a great value for your money.
