Intially, I was unhappy with the Bass. However, after several Chat Gpt Discussions, positioning experiments and tweaking settings via Lg Thinq app, I have finally found the correct sound for my me. To elaborate sound - with the current setting I have, base is punch yet not humming or irritating and feels pleasent not super heavy with balance in claeity of sound and nuances. For those who are like me who want base in music not super heavy but heavy enough to feel the effect and grab attention: Please follow the attached screenshot. Also if you are not using LG TV like me and if you experience humming base with my settings then its very important for you to stop using smart Tv default interface and use AMAZON FIRE STICK 4K or any other 4k devices under EARC IN port as full pass through is supported on the sound bar. This will add a crisp layer to the sound as I realized that the HDMI erc port with my Toshiba Tv which has inbuilt Dolby atmos and Vison os not great and gives humming base when background music triggers in movie. Connectivity and installation is superb and very fast. Performance in correct settings 10/10 (luckily i had old Fire stick 4k. In Default settings and in all settings clarity is superb. It feels like high quality music even on YouTube which doesn't have dolby atmos on all songs. Looks premium sound bar. I got this for 17k Approx. In Prime day card offer so I feel its value for money at this proce offering sound equivalent to 35k soundbar.

Let me kick off the review by simply noting that this is a really cool ✌🏻soundbar system, although due to lack of video reviews available on this particular model could deter you from opting this one but i hope my personal experience and review could help you in some way. the video i posted will not necessarily do the true justice, but it won’t hurt to let you see a glimpse of its potential. Disclaimer - am not a real audiophile nevertheless i possess decent amount of sound understanding. okay first comes first am not fully sure how well will this pare with other brand TVs, since i especially opted this specific model due to having an LG OLED ( WOW orchestra & synergy compatible ) i’d recommend you to only consider this one for latest LG TVs, let’s begin This 3.1.3 soundbar with sobwoofer is damn 😲 good of a package without much of a compromise on the immersive sound experience, although there couldn’t be a fare comparison between this and a 5.1 or a 7.1 channel version nevertheless this will do deliver just performance for its capabilities. SOUND QUALITY Dolby Digital & Atmos content will sound so freaking good on this, that am utterly impressed with LG’s sound technology, no doubt we know sony is conventionally considered better but have to say LG is really Catching up. Audio is phenomenally rich and balanced in all aspects and based content it will definitely serve its best. if you love the home theatre vibe for your films and gaming experience then this one is truly a beautiful addition to your entertainment centre ( this supports ALLM for gaming mode ) one more thing you dont get auto calibration with this one, well technically this doesn’t need it since theres no rear speakers available but for best bass experience you have to place the subwoofer as per your spaces acoustics. SOUND TUNING initially you might give a try to tweak the audio settings as per your preferences nevertheless the default sound output is just as good too. it will automatically change its audio profile based on the supported content you play if you leave the AI audio function on, and its a good one quite helpful. also do leave out the surround sound function off for gaming and music content since it will only make the sound sharply coarse and loud, but for films you can try switching it on. BASS am not sure about the experience of other people who have said that this model lacks bass then let me clearly put this out that it might be so due to their lack of knowledge and inability to comprehend how to switch between different profiles and supported audio formats as well as compatible EARc port, rest assured this has phenomenal range of bass, based on the audio format it will deliver crazy good bass for it, if your baby likes more bass then this can crank up even more of it. BUILD now lets come to bulid and connectivity build is darn solid, it weighs roughly 13KG altogether. you get standard black colour with real solid polymer body. there’s touch sensitive controls on the top of soundboar for quick accessibility, it has it’s dedicated remote controller as well as this can also be controlled through TV remote and LG ThinQ app. soubwoofer pairs on it own, you do get wall mount brackets with this and they are good enough too ( although in my personal experience before wall mounting i had plased it on the TV Console table, which was little farther away from TV and used in this fashion then later wall mounted the soundbar, but the output experience changed since now the up firing speaker and tv’s downward firing speakers were parallel and that may have resulted in the slight variation, so i would suggest test it out yourself before wall mounting them ) I hope i’ve given all the necessary info, rest am sure you will make a good choice on your own . peace out ✌🏻

After having second thoughts took a risk with Soundbar. the soundbar drivers are ok. Bass is ok for movies. As my primary use is Netflix so the soundbar output is good. Make sure to have Netflix higher plan for better Audio quality mainly look for Atmos track in movies. After pairing with LG SPT8-S rear surround speaker the sound Stage is much better. So overall I paid 30k. With this setup audio output is 5.1.3 but as the center upfiring is only for vocal so technically it’s 5.1.2 with rear speakers added. Why did I buy this? 3 upfiring drivers Rear surround speaker option In the future if I buy LG TV then I can use LG WOW Orchestra feature. So in this price range this is the best option

Good sound quality. Paired with mu LG TV and it works perfectly.

TV sound speakers are far better when compared to this LG sound bar.

Audio effects not expected ...

After much research and compatibility with my LG 55 inch TV and much deliberation with some perplexity deep research, I bought this. Although some have bought it for a low price somewhere in June / July 25, I still went for it considering the features. Apart from the price point, I love the sound bar and so does my family. You will really get a theatre feeling when watching Dolby Atoms content on any of the OTT platforms. On volume 50 itself my 150 sq ft room vibrates. Even without the rear speakers itself this is such a great product. Thanks to LG for this. Only one observation is that for S70TY with a 3.1.1 configuration it is 400W while with a 3.1.3 this is also 400W. And this is about 6 cms smaller in length that S70TY which has only one up firing speaker compared to three up firing on this one. People have complained in reviews about no bass in lower volume but that’s totally incorrect. You get the nice immersive bass that suits the content being played and it’s great. All in all, except for the price I am totally satisfied with this model S77TY.
