This mixture of finely ground spices is often used to season lamb, fish, chicken, beef, and soups and may be used as a condiment.Try this aromatic spice blend as a dry rub or wet marinade to add delicious, spicy flavours to fish, meat and vegetables. Sprinkle it lightly over freshly popped corn to make a tasty spicy savoury snack, or sprinkle over potato wedges or homemade crisps. Add to minced chicken, turkey or pork with a little chopped onion to make your own spicy burgers. Most are also ground in large commercial grinders which generate heat and degrade the spices.As a general rule of thumb it is suggested that if you are preparing a dish for two people then you might start with one level tablespoon of spice blend.You can always add more during the cooking process but yo
