Hey friends! This is a very good product for sure which will make u to forget that u are on periods.I am 27 , unmarried and virgin. I ordered small size for me. On 1 St day of my period , i used pinch down fold for insertion.. initially insertion was little painful..again i tried ...it gone pretty quick .i will prefer squatting position for insertion and removal . On first day of my periods...after 12 hours...i was trying to remove the cup ..it hurted like a hell...i never inserted my finger into my vagina..and that was painful for me to remove the cup... Later i took a deep breath...i tried again...i removed it in squatting position..but removal was a kind of nightmare..i spent 30 mins for removal. On Day 2 I struggled the same as previous day..but the duration of struggle was reduced ... Now am on day 4 , insertion and removal is very easy... Am very comfortable with cup.. Just we have to practise little bit. Girls...!! pls don't give up ..give some time to learn the tricks of insertion and removal... first periods was painful for everyone...but once u understand the tricks...cup is the best thing for periods than pads and tampons.. But the disadvantage..... sometimes it will become messy during cup removal. Edit 1- Hi friends , i dropped my small size cup accidentally in public toilet.i don't want to use it again...so i discarded it. Now I ordered a new menstrual cup of medium size . I am super comfortable with the medium size cup than small size. Easy to insert and easy to remove..today is my day one of my period .. I will update my experience after 7 days Edit 2 - Hi friends , today is day 3 of my period... Am super comfortable with menstrual cup. No leakage , no rashes, no irritation. But m using a pad along with it just for back up ..it is a just a second period using cup..so am not sure about it... Use your pads till u become comfortable and sure with menstrual cups. I struggled a little bit in removal of small size menstrual cup in my last month Medium cup suits for my vagina. Every vagina is different . I've been using this since the last 3 months and it has been such a blessing I swear. Apparently menstrual cups were discovered before pads but obviously the industry wanted to capitalise this market so a reusable product would be a nightmare. Girls, this cup is very helpful if you have access to a plenty of water and a clean bathroom most of the times, and if you're okay with seeing a little blood. Honestly, you get used to it. It doesn't leak unless it more filled 2 times it's capacity. I like to empty it every 6 hours on my heavy flow days. It's easy to insert and easy to pull. Just try it a few times and you'll never wanna go back to wearing a pad ever again.

Quality was good but I need medium size of cup so I replaced thi large size. product arriving dikha rahe or aayi hi nahi

Pros: • Firm yet flexible (duh), so, it opens up nicely. However, an inexperienced hand might face some difficulties which will only be solved through experience, patience, and relaxation (aka it'll take a period or two to get the hang of it). • Low/ Average cervix approved (mine can be reached with my index finger, so, I guess it's low). It was just the stem that was protruding out a bit, the cup fit perfectly, so, I had to cut the stem about two points. A small cup, so, good for a beginner. • I'm not athletic but despite being a firm cup it worked well for me, did not irritate the walls of my vagina or put pressure on the bladder. • Would recommend it to someone with a light to medium flow. Capacity to holes - 15 ml. • Can be worn for 8-10 hours (if your flow is light) comfortably. Cons: • Not suitable for someone with a heavy flow since it holds a mere 15 ml, so, on my heavy days I had to empty it every 3-4 hours • Could pose as a trouble for someone with thinner vaginal walls since it's a firm cup. • Because of the firmness some folds like 'double 7' cannot be done. On the other hand, folds like 'c' or 'u' could feel uncomfortable when inserting due a wider point of insertion. A Few Tips (For Beginners): • Don't wait for the day your period is expected to arrive, sterlize the cup beforehand. (Make sure to fill the pan with enough water so that the cup doesn't touch the bottom of the pan you're sterlizing it in). • Measure your cervix before, during, and after your cycle. (Cervix can drop during your cycle). Just insert your index finger and feel for something that feels like the tip of your nose. It's okay if you can't feel it, it just means you have a higher cervix. It's okay if you feel it with your finger half in or full in, it means you have an average or low cervix. • Find the most comfortable position for insertion. • Wash your hands before touching the cup and inserting it. • Fold it in a way that the insertion point is small, so, that it's easier to insert. • Push it in, wiggle it a bit, push the base so that it opens up inside. • Relax! Stressing will only clench your vaginal muscles, and it'll get harder to insert the cup. • The feeling of getting period blood on your hands might not be for everyone. It's okay to feel at unease at first. Remember it's just your blood. Nothing gross about it. • Push the base a bit and circle your finger around the cup when inserted to feel its sides and make sure it's popped open inside. • Once inserted properly, the cup should not feel at all inside the vagina. Neither is it gonna leak. If it's leaking (or hurting), you've inserted it wrong. • Pull on the stem a bit to feel if the suction has been created. • Do clean the sides of the cup and the vaginal walls (when the cup is inside) to make sure there's no blood on the walls or the cup that might've smeared when inserting. • The psychological feeling of the cup being inside you is gonna remain during the initial cycle. • The cup will not get lost anywhere inside your vagina because there's no place for it to get lost. 8th standard biology, anyone? • The cup will not tear your vagina. It's just a cup. Babies come out of vaginas. Be a little logical. • At the time of removing the cup, gently feel for it inside the vagina, find the stem, locate the base, pinch the base so that the suction is lost, wiggle it out, fold it and keep the opening of the cup untilted so it doesn't spill the blood, and it's out. Empty it. Rinse it with warm water. Reinsert. • It's okay if you can't feel the cup at the time of removing it, it might've moved upwards in the vagina. Don't stress, it's normal. Relax! Stress will clench your muscles. Take a few deep breaths. Just squat down and feel for it again. You'll find the cup. • Do check every few hours on your initial cycles to know how much you bleed and how often you'll have to empty it. • Prefer warm water to rinse the cup at the time of emptying it. This device is awesome, and I cant rate it highly enough. It feels like I don’t even have a period when wearing, and lasts up to 12 hours just fine.

The cup comes with a little cloth bag to store it in and an instruction pamphlet. Its made out of medical grade silicone and is safe to use. It might be a little difficult to get a hang out it but once you navigate the right way to insert the cup its becomes easy to use. You cant feel the cup or the stem hanging out so there's no need to cut the stem unlike many other cups.

I love this product!!! At first is a little hard to get it Bc you have to learn how to fold the cup properly and the best way so you can get use doing it but once you get it it’s awesome, no leaks, go over the night without problem and the best of it my cramps reduced like 90% and to me it feels like any other day; I highly recommend not only for the way you will feel after learning but also the quality of this material is unbelievable the only thing I had to cut the little tail on the end Bc on the first day I was feeling a lot awhile I’ve walked but after the cut nothing, to be honest for a moment during my day I’ve forgot that I was on those days and simply my day went by like if it was a normal day; Please don’t be afraid of getting lost inside Bc it won’t and learn about your body is a blessing; I actually wanted to say thanks to this company for making those and supporting also the woman’s at India as well is not everyone who has the same privilege as us; Thank you so much for putting such a hard work to do a really good product and to support other women’s which doesn’t have access to necessarily hygiene, thank you for making it possible…

Tried this product despite being a little bit skeptical. Was my first time ever trying a menstrual cup, so i don't really have the ability to rate it in comparison to other products. I had seen some other reviewers give various warnings about using the product without having done research, consulting a medical professional, etc. I did none of that, and just went eh it either works or it doesn't, either way i'll figure it out. Haven't tried it on a heavy flow day yet, but medium and light days it worked like a charm. Had no leaking or discomfort. I used a punch down fold, i found it easier to hold. Also had no issues trying ensuring it was properly unfolded and suctioned. Highly recommend watching a few tiktoks on techniques to use to ensure it has properly suctioned. Didn't have any issues with staining. Was super easy to sterilise. Over all, really happy with this product. I am also 20 and have never given birth. Size wise it was great for me.
