This business card holder is just okay. It does what it’s meant to do — hold business cards (and it does hold a LOT) so for that, I can’t fault it. But it leaves a bit to be desired. For one, it looks like something I would’ve dug up in my dad’s old office supplies from the ‘80s. It just LOOKS OLD. Second, it doesn’t latch down and stay there — you can close the lid just fine, but there’s no latching mechanism, which leads me to believe there’s definitely going to be a day that I knock this thing over, and all my painstakingly alphabetized business cards will fall out all over the floor. And then I will be beating myself up for using it. I’ll probably just put a piece of tape over the lid to prevent that from happening, as crappy as that will look. Honestly, it can’t look too much worse, so it can’t really hurt. I bought this to replace a business card holder book that I wasn’t super happy with, but I think my search will continue. Neither of these options have knocked it out of the park, or even been that satisfactory at all. Perhaps if the company that made this updates the look to something more modern/sleeker and takes my advice to install a lid-locking mechanism, I’d rebuy it. But in the meantime, it’s a toss-up whether or not I’m going to use it. I did update my review from 2 stars to 3, because they were nice enough to include a wire rack-style business card holder (for putting your own business cards on display) and a business card holder for your purse/pocket that you can keep your own business cards in to hand out to people. I especially like the last one, and immediately put some of my business cards in it and threw it in my purse. That being said, it was almost worth the money just for the last freebie.

The card file container was just what I wanted. arrived is great shape.
