It’s pretty good.
Does not come with an applicator. It burns so you know it working.

Pops pimples right off
So, I actually got this little trick from my esthestician. After giving me a facial and a light glycolic chemical peel she grabbed a q-tip and dabbed JUST A DROP of salicylic acid on a stubborn zit I had. It burned for a few seconds and she said to leave it be until I washed my face that night. The next morning the zit had dried up into a tiny scar and after I washed my face with warm water, was able to easily pop it right off. Now I've used this solution multiple times on some spots that pop up here and there, I have never used it as an all over peel, as I'd rather have a professional do that. I even used it on a cystic pimple I got on my chin - I used prid drawing salve the night before and then applied a dab of this stuff the next morning. By the afternoon it was barely visible and the next day I was able to pop off the little scab it left behind! As someone who has weird sensitive skin that reacts differently to all sorts of products I totally recommend this routine and this product!

Good product
First of all, I have been getting glycolic acid peels for 40 years. So, my skin is somewhat primed. If you have never done a peel, start with 10%. I have used this two nights in a row, but watch the chin area. It seems to be the most sensitive. I am shedding like a cat in July.

EXACTLY as Advertised
I’m an aesthetician who closed her practice 11 years ago when I married my husband and relocated to another state. I used to do pre and post op skin peels for patients of an oncological dermatologist so I know my way around acids. I was skeptical about the advertised ph level (which does more to influence the strength of an acid and its subsequent efficacy than percentages do) so I used my ph test kit on this acid. I’m happy to say it is exactly what it claims to be and is as efficacious as the brand of acid I used in the treatment room. I’m going to buy some TCA and resorcinol from this purveyor. Buy with confidence.

Does not meet my expectations
Got this 30% Salicylic Acid for wart treatments. I have used in the past a product that claims 25% with great results but I wanted to try this one and I expected to perform even better. To my surprise it performed under my expectations. I did not measure the concentration, but it does not work for my purpose. It dries very quickly and it does not peel the skin as much as my old product does. Maybe this works great for other issues, but all I can say now is that it failed to help with wart treatment for me.

Good but be careful
This stuff is great to clear up your skin , but do your homework on how to properly use this . And find the right percentage for your skin type . I ordered 5%-30% bottles. Also properly use a neutralizer agent for the . Home made is good . 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda .

Does not work as expected
I used 17% in the past that was stronger than this “claimed 25%”. It did not work at all. Same as using water. May be it was tempered by a previous buyer. Very disappointing.

Cleared out pores
I have had oily, acne prone skin since I was around 10 to 11 years of age. Now, in my early 60's I don't have the acne and pimples or bumps, but I still have oily skin (especially in summer) and the enlarged pores and some superficial acne scarring. I needed/wanted something to address those issues. I had originally started out with the 20% salicylic acid peel, but needed something a little stronger and stepped up to the 30% strength. BE CAREFUL and READ the DIRECTIONS! DO NOT leave this peel on your face longer than stated in the directions as it does have the potential to cause scabbing and irritation. Used properly it can help with clearing out pores and temporarily reduce oiliness. It does "temporarily" help reduce the look of pores for several days after use, but mine just get big again the more time that elapses from when I originally do the peel. Don't get over zealous, though, and do peels more than suggested in the directions and WEAR SUNSCREEN afterward as your skin will be sensitive. You should wear sunscreen when outdoors all the time anyway.
