Actually works.
Best and really work. Initially I have taken 600mg per day (300*2) had some pain in throats, found ALA has some effect on thyroid and also I seen drastic drop in Blood pressure and blood sugar. So I kindly recommend take 100mg or 200mg per day for adult from my personal experience. And I strongly recommend to take food after taking supplement in empty stomach especially morning.

Good value for money. ALA is a powerful antioxidant. Better than vitamin C or even Inositol . Use it daily.

Expired profuct
The tablets which I received was useless. Its expiry date is shown as 03/2026. But it seems like already expired.

Impossible task!
How can I give rawithout trying it? It is a medine which was delivered two days back! Nervous disorders it is commonly used and it needs lot of days to see the result not a pain killer! So now I rate only one star!
