I am impressed with this supplement! It contains 10,000 IU of Vitamin D plus K2, B6, magnesium, and zinc. The inactive ingredients are minimal. I feel that it's an incredible value considering the high dosage of Vitamin D and other nutrients in it compared to the price of similarly formulated supplements. I have my Vitamin D level checked regularly, and due to my absorption issues, I have to take large doses daily to keep my level in the optimal range. This supplement contains the perfect amount for me. I like that it contains medium-chain triglycerides and black pepper extract (BioPerine) to improve absorption. I always take K2 with D to ensure that my body is able to utilize the Vitamin D properly, and it's already included in this formulation. I also like the addition of magnesium and zinc to support my immune system, which means I do not need to take these minerals separately. The only criticism I have is not of the supplement but rather the description on Amazon. It says that these are both soft-gels and capsules. It also shows pictures of both soft-gels and capsules. These are capsules, not soft-gels! The description should be updated for accuracy. The high quality of this supplement, though, still persuades me to give it 5 stars.

Ok, so these Vitamin D + K capsules* have a lot going for them—hearty vitamin D dosage, the combination with Vitamin K to help absorb and be effective, MCT oil, and black pepper extract. I can take them without any burping or aftertaste. 👍 Capsules are a normal size (see photos). With just one capsule a day, these are easy to use. These do have a lot going for them, but still they’re a bit pricey compared to other brands out there. (I was also a bit bummed that the packaging is so oversized—2/3 of the bottle was air.) *Note: these are regular capsules, not what I would call gelcaps.

D3 with K2 is a must-have. I struggle with SAD, and due to some other health issues I am likely D deficient, I take a D3 with K2 daily to help. I DO think they make a difference for me personally and these are perfect for that. The pill themselves are easy to swallow and have no smell of flavor.
