First of all would like to say that don't expect magic to happen. Each body is different and to have a good body one needs to do hard work accordingly. Such supplement are helping hands in the process. Its science and nt some magic capsules.I started this product in 2017 n continued for 3 months. Lost 5kg and 1inch overall body. No excersise no dieting. Just 30 mins before ur breakfast n dinner with luke warm water. It worked really well. No late night cravings. Just need to eat healthy. My suggestion is that if any one really want to Shad thier weights ,he or she need to go for perfect diet plan and along with excercise.one more thing drinking water plays an important role in weight loss program,so you need to be fully hydrated throughout the day.i had seen changes in me body that why I am writing this review. I don't understand why there are so much negative reviews for it, well i am using it and believe me it really works. You need to throw out junk food & artificial sugar from your daily food intake, introduce fruits such as Banana & Papaya in breakfast & drink green tea.I didn't hit gym, instead i adopted a healthy diet, walked at least 10,000 steps at 5km/hr & i am already seeing the results.As they say, Duniya toh bhagwan se bhi pareshan hai, well can you blame god??????????

Hi all...wud like 2 tell u bout dis useless product...after reading reviews i bought dis product n 2 save money i've bought 2 bottles...my pre n post bidy weights are 67kgs n 66.3kgs after completing 2 bottles of these tablets..So...wil u call it DRAMATIC WEIGHT LOSS !!????I've juz wasted my 1800/-....And bout my 700gms weight loss ... I juz have consumed homemade pudina ginger lemon green tea n honey concoction for 2 days n reduced those 700gms....its better 2 have dat home made concoction instead of wasting money...m planning 2 put this review in consumer site...Plz dont buy

I've been taking one in the morning and one at night for over a month now. My appetite is controlled but no improvement in weight reduction. Hope it does help me lose weight. Fingers crossed. I'll update my review and rating when I see positive results. The service was good as usual.
