The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. But it is light and easy to place in and out of the shower/bathtub. Assembly is required, and it is easy to assemble. No tools were required for assembly because "wing bolts" are used. Just follow the instructions. It does fit in a standard tub's width. A previous review said the chair wasn't wide enough because of the arms on the chair. The arms are easily removed with just the push of the button on the bottom side (see my second picture).

I needed a chair for my mom as she is suffering from arthritis.I got the box really quickly. The box came with all the parts and steps to assemble it.It was easy to setup, just follow the steps as provided and it will hardly take 15 minutes to setup the chair.The chair has adjustable height that works perfectly for any one. It has 6 level of adjustments to choose from.It's pretty light weight but seems durable. My mom is 200 lbs and she was very comfortable on it.It doesn't take much space and appears well in the shower area. The rubber at the bottom is thick enough to stand the weight and makes sure that the chair doesn't slips in any direction.Over all good purchase and recommend

This chair is great. It is very stable the size is prefect and looks great in the shower stall. Easy to assemble using the instruction and illustration sheet. Great value for the money.

This chair is very study and lightweight. It was easy to assemble and works great in my garden tub.

When Quality and Price meet!This is a high quality product, but it comes at a great price.First off, put your screwdrivers away because they're not needed.When I opened the box, I have to admit the number of parts was a little intimidating. Putting the first parts together on the bottom of the seat was like conducting a five ring circus. But, I found a way to overcome that issue. Use the shorter t-bolts to attach the frame before you put the backrest on. Then attach the backrest by removing the shorter t-bolts and then use the longer t-bolts to attach the backrest.When complete it is a very nice chair. Easily adjustable height by pushing the spring buttons in. First use was amazing, very sturdy and comfortable.Highly recommended!

This is a good chair. Stabile and has good height adjustments. If you are assembling by yourself, mounting the legs to the seat is challenging. I gave up with the vendors instructions and improvised. I loosely mounted the two leg cross pieces to the seat bottom with the appropriate mounting bolt. Just barely get it treaded. There will be enough play to allow you to then attach the various leg pieces. Make sure the numbers on the legs match the number on the initial cross pieces and are in the same orientation. After this point, the assembly is a breeze.

We’re pleased with this purchase because it is sturdy. We didn’t test it to see if it held the maximum weight but it was sturdy enough to accommodate my husband with showering. He just couldn’t stand long enough to complete his shower so this was great. It’s perfect for our shower and it’s easy to move around. It’s easy to assemble and I feel comfortable with showering alone. It was well worth the purchase.

I suddenly got really sick and couldn't even stand up to take a shower. This has been a godsend. Sturdy, easy to put together and very comfortable especially with the padding. I'm over 200 and this easily will hold someone larger than me. And the price is not outrageous for what it is. Very well made and a great aide.
