Excellent product
Amazing product. I drink a lot of peppermint tea and other flavours. This is great and saves me boiling the kettle alot.

Cost effective and keeps water hot!
Not that expensive and easy to use, effective at keeper water hot. Includes a brush for cleaning inside too. Slight concern about how the lid opens and whether the mechanism will continue working after say 1 year or longer. So far so good.

Poorest quality I have ever seen
I would give this product negative stars if there was an option to do. Third level and pathetic quality and the product arrived broken. The lid was not even closing. Negative stars

Keeps coffee hot for ages!
It is a large jug and as such, not the prettiest of items, but that is far outweighed by its efficiency! It really keeps coffee hot for a very long time, really valuable throughout the day. It is easy to clean. We have not tried using it to keep things cold yet but as the neck is wide, I'm sure it will be just as effective. A great buy.

Bad quality
Don’t know why people keep giving good reviews for this. I bought it because of the good reviews. But I regret. I started to use it on Dec 2024. Just use for storage hot water only. At the beginning it worked great, it kept hot water so long even 12 hrs past, the water still kept warm. However it won’t keep water warm anymore on Jan 2025. And even you can feel its surface warm after pouring hot water into it. That reflects the bad isolation. Today I tried to look into it. I found a small spot with rust. I believe that it is a small hole as photo shown. I won’t recommend it.
