A refreshing herbal tea sometimes referred to as 'redbush' or 'bush' tea. This variety is grown in the Cederberg Mountains about 300km north of Cape Town. Traditionally, local people would climb mountains and harvest Rooibos tea from wild tea plants. When brewed, the leaves yield a rich ruby liquor.
