I have been wanting a rowing machine for years. Finally bit the bullet and bought this one. The set up took about 45 minutes with interruptions. The instructions were clear and parts labeled well. The size is great and compact which is great in a 750 sq ft home. Lightweight to be able to store away and move into position to use. A full body workout in 15 minutes! The resistance is adjustable for beginners to experienced users. Some machines are hard to get on/off of, this is not one of them. Very easy and sturdy. Great product for the price

Very good for my old age of 78. Easy to assemble and move around. Tension can be adjusted to fit your strength. Rows very quietly and smooth. Is great for strengthening arms and legs.

I'm 72yo female. My son said the assembly directions are outstanding. Operating instructions are non-existent but the machine itself is easy to use, doesn't require much room when in use, and stores vertically with very little effort. I found general rowing help on the internet, on correct position and type of effort expended. A personal trainer told me that 60% of the effort comes from the legs, 20% from abs, and 20% from arms. I walk on a treadmill regularly for cardio and lift hand weights, but this is low impact and for overall body strength. Display is helpful but doesn't include watts. I've had it two weeks and use it almost every day. This is definitely increasing my fitness and I'm very pleased, but I'm only on level 4 (out of 16). Delivery was several days longer than they originally promised.

First let me start by saying I had never been on a rower when I made this purchase but wanted something both my husband and I could do, rain or shine, that wasn’t high impact on our joints. It has been a Great value for the price. My husband and I have both been using it regularly since purchased. It functions well with no issues. Wide range of resistance. We don’t put it up but it does fold up nicely if you need to put it away. I was worried it would feel lightweight, but it is sturdy enough and has easily handled our weight without feeling flimsy.

This row machine is better than I could have possibly imagined! It's lightweight, small, and (in my opinion) easy to assemble! It took me less than 45 minutes to put it together by myself. Since then, both my husband and I have used it extensively. It's comfortable to use and the strikes are smooth. Since this was the first rowing machine I'd ever, I didn't know what to expect, but holds up well to both myself and my husband using it regularly. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much the resistance changes with each level change! It gives me such a great challenge with my cross training. It's really easy to stand it up and sweet it down, if you do choose, but we just set it up in our gym and left it set up.

Fairly easy to assemble. Just follow steps in directions in order. Remarkably quiet and easy to use and very smooth. Not pro resistance but plenty for a beginner or a bit above. Really nice machine.

During a quarantine period, I changed my working schedule to work from home, which impacted my weight gain. My doctor told me that it was time to start exercising. It was a little hard for me to go to the gym with three kids. So my husband and I decided to have a little gym in our garage. I bought this rower 3 weeks ago, and it helped a lot. It was so quiet and comfortable, and it was also easy to assemble and of good quality. This rower has tension control from low 1 to high 16, and you can do it by count or time, which is so nice. I am so glad I bought this instead of the expensive ones. My teenage son also loves this rower, and he works on it every day. Since it is quiet, I decided to locate it in the living room. Actually, it matches the living room vibe and is good-looking. Now, I don’t need to wait extra time to work out because I am doing it while I am watching TV with my kids. I love it. They don't even notice that I am doing it. Everything you think of for the rower it has, I can't think of anything else. I highly recommend it; you’ll love it.

Easy to assembly, and works amazingly for a quiet, quality workout. I love that it is easy to move for space and the price was incredible for what you get.
