I received the bottle two days back only and it is too early to remark on its effectiveness but I can share a few important points about the genuineness. This is distributed and quality tested by Now foods of USA and imported by musclePro nutrition. This is a very good brand but I needed to be sure of the authenticity. This bottle has a code hidden under a peel off sticker on the cap. You can verify the genuine ness by downloading the app truempn. I did that and was happy to get the confirmation of an authentic product. The bottle cap is properly sealed with a plastic band and after removing the cap there is another seal which has a easy removal system. All this screams of quality. Now this is a molecularly distilled oil and that's good as it will ensure it is free of impurities and mercury. The strength is 300 mg of both EPA and DHA per capsule which is not enough and I am taking 2-3 capsules daily. This has expiry of 9- 2021 So far so good...... If you have discarded all sources of Omega-6 following a lot of bad press against this PUFA, taking high dose (even 1 + 1 caps a day) Omega-3 may cause some inflammation. So, taking Now Foods Omega-3 while incorporating some source of Omega-6 from whole and natural food, but not from refined vegetable oils, for balance, will show great results. That’s my personal experience. For those whose concern is especially EPA and DHA and not any mix of vitamins etc. should opt for Now Omega-3. A few words of caution. The softgels are real massive in size, almost an inch long and nearly a centimetre thick in the middle. So, make sure your oesophageal track is not dry when you are going to take the softgel. While taking with food is a good idea, make sure your meal is not heavy, lest you will soon after the meal get your Now Foods Omega-3 softgel back in the mouth. And when that happens, you surely will not like the mushy fishy thing it will have gotten converted into by then. Omega-3 seems not to be for all. Some people who congenitally or as a result of some medication, have thin blood, should definitely consult their doctor before taking Omega-3. I have on my record some women complaining abnormally heavy menstruation following just a single dose of Omega-3. All said, I find Now Foods Omega-3 far better compared to at least one other brand very popular on Amazon. Now Foods Omega-3 seems to have been manufactured in its original facility in the US. Surely the quality and standard will continued to be maintained, unless of course they don’t start manufacturing it in India. Hopefully that will never happen.

This is a good Omega-3 product with High amount of Omega 3 at a low price, while maintaining the best quality. Every adult should take this to keep them fit as they grow old. Now food omega 3 fish oil capsule is good but bottle cap mechanism is terrible. Moisture easily ruins the capsule after seal is broken. Moreover import sticker is pasted just over the cap and thus sticker gum marks all over the cap area. If planning to buy this then make sure have a big air tight container or bottle to transfer the contents soon after breaking the bottle seal otherwise capsule quickly get oily, stick together etc due to increased moisture content as bottle cap is just for style and not at all reliable for regular usage. Removing 1 star for terrible bottle cap design and also improper import sticker placement, they could have pasted it on bottle instead of cap for making it user friendly, pasting it on bottle cap is not good as sticker is much larger than the cap and parts of sticker floats in air and touches users skin when taking capsule which is not good for health reason.
