Great wood treatment. It does the job and I can feel that my blood circulation is better in my body and I feel energy boost and my body is definitely feeling the difference. I do recommend watch the videos first before use as you do need to know how to use it properly.

Does what it says, which it was extendable so everyone in family could benefit.

Very easy to use on yourself so if you’re trying self-massage you can get to those more difficult areas to reach.I would recommend.

When I opened this up - it had such a Disgusting smell to the wood, and the smell just won't go away, avoid at all costs. Also the beads are non moving beads, can't be returned - I didn't use it and wanted to return it and they wouldn't even accept that return online. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Not a bad price and came the next day. Use with caution though. I've got multiple health conditions and thought this would help lymphatic drainage and circulation, but it was painful and I was covered in bruises afterwards. Check if it's suitable for you first. No complaints about the product though.

So Lightweight and does what it says! I've heard that it's better to be used before the cup massager. They both work great together
