I got the couch delivered and when I tell you I am beyond disappointed I really am. 1 the couch I received I only got half of the couch …. No directions no back cushion no legs just 2 cushions an arm and the bottom. When I tried to contact support they told me I needed to wait 2 days to see if it arrived but I was banking on the couch to be here for my party. It’s insanely small and not worth the money I paid. It’s Flemsy as well save your money and find another couch. I rarely write bad reviews but this is just disappointing!

The couch itself is pretty okay for the price. The back cushions are solid, no stitching like the photos show. What I'm REALLY disappointed in is that there is no storage in the ottoman like was described which was the whole reason for choosing this one. Assembly was easy. Had it together on my own in about a half hour.

The appearance was different than advertised. The cushions on the back of the couch are solid fabric instead of the sewn in crossed lines that were advertised. The color of grey was a very close to what I ordered. The biggest disappointing factor was that I specifically purchased this sofa for the storage compartment under the ottoman since I have a small apartment but when receiving it it's did not have the storage area and was just a normal sofa under the cushions. If it's wasn't such a hassle and the fact that I needed a sofa asap I probably would have returned for one with storage, like this one was supposed to be. I’m amazed at how comfortable this sofa is! The cushions are perfectly balanced—not too soft, not too firm. After a long day at work, I love stretching out on it to watch TV or read a book. Even when I spend hours on it, I never feel any discomfort or strain. The L-shape design offers excellent support, allowing me to relax fully and even take a nap without any back pain.

This sofa has become the heart of our home. With two kids and a dog, it’s always in use, yet it remains incredibly comfortable. The kids love lounging and playing on it, and we all enjoy movie nights together. Despite the heavy use, the sofa still feels spacious and supportive, accommodating everyone comfortably. It’s truly a family favorite.
