I like theses Chia Seeds and am using my second kg. I make daily Chia seed gel from one Soup spoon of Chia seeds soaked in about 60ml of water for e ery meal. Good Omega 3 value and excellent fibre content. Which will reduce GI of any foods mixed with it I put half a medium sized pomegrate for better circulation and taste and mix with my steel cut Oats. Makes a healthy diet for my status asca Reversed Diabetic. I maintain my HbA1C at 5.1 + or - 0.1 point.

Earlier I have tried so many products and found this one is the best. But this time I found product quality deteriorated.I am using this product for so many years but this time tiny stones are felt during consumption. I don’t know why this happened and required to look after the reasons and rectify.

I don’t know if this was with the batch I bought, but it was frustrating to drink because of the grit with every spoon soaked. I didn’t want to waste it, so after stirring the first time at the time of mixing, I drank only the top half of the cup.
