I normally get the itchiest, flakiest, oilest scalp a day and a half after I wash my hair. This is the first shampoo, bar or otherwise, that keeps my scalp from itching and flaking at that point. I still get pretty oily by a day and a half but it's definitely less oily and I think it will improve over time with regular use. I agree with another reviewer that this smells like Comet, but the scent doesn't linger after the thick lather is rinsed out. As someone who can't handle strong scents at times, I really don't mind this one. I'm a big fan!

A gentle, effective shampoo to completely resolve itchy scalp. My hair is thick, short, and oily; I need a shampoo that is powerful enough to balance my scalp. I do like another Korean brand made with brewers yeast but I don't like plastic bottles. This alternative has worked extremely well since first use. Most shampoo fragrance I find invasive, but this has a specific natural scent I'm drawn to. It doesn't linger afterwards, is gender neutral, and makes for a pleasant aromatic experience. Price is also fair.

My son loves this shampoo bar! It does a great job controlling his flakes without leaving his hair looking greasy. Plus, it smells really nice. He’s really happy with it!

I heard about the bar shampoos for years. They don't have the harsh chemicals like the ones with liquid shampoos. I have used a few different brands but this one is the best one yet. It lathers up quickly and my scalp feels so clean. But what I love the most is that my scalp does not get itchy and keeps my scalp feeling fresh and clean even after 24 hours. The best soap that does not dry your scalp but keeps it feeling fresh and clean for a long time. I know this brand comes in variety so I will try the other ones as well.

This has a very STRONG scent. I can't stand the way it smells and how the scent lingers so I can smell it all day long. It smells very "90's", almost like a cheap potpourri or a flora scented bar of soap from the dollar store.I stored this in a hemp soap pouch between uses, and the blue within the soap stained the hemp pouch. I'm sure if someone using this has blonde hair, it would probably stain their hair blue. I guess that's good if you are trying to tone out yellow or brassy tones.I have severe dandruff and I thought this might give me some relief since all the store brand products have not worked for me. Regrettably, it did not work for me, weather it was to rid my dandruff or be a "go to" shampoo i use between prescription strength treatments. Because my scalp is very sensitive, I believe the added scent has irritated my scalp more, so I am just as itchy as I was before using it, if not more. The flakes I have on my scalp are just as bad, if not worse, so I give this 2 stars. If you like the smell of cheap potpourri and don't have severe dandruff like me, you may like this product and the way it smells.

It is a well-made product, and like the others I ordered, it is made with natural ingredients, making it gentle, non-irritating, and soft while adding shine to my hair. It’s an amazing product!
