Easy to use/accurate results
A review from my wife - These strips are so easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy. My menstrual cycles were off for a few months and I was experiencing some symptoms that were not normal so I thought maybe I am in pre-menopause period. I decided to test my FSH. My doctor recommended to do a blood work as well. I did both tests on the same day. The result from strips showed my FSH should be somewhere between 5 and 10 (it doesn't give you a number but you can figure out the range based on the color and the instructions) so I thought it's so off but after a few days I received the blood test results and they were so close. Seems like my symptoms are coming from another issue. Now I know if I need to test my FSH in the future what to get.

Horrible instructions
The instructions don’t even tell you how to read this properly.

So-So Quality, Not the Easiest to Read
These are very thin and flimsy but they will get the job done. You've also got to be careful not to dip the stick too far into your urine sample. I don't have anything to validate the test against so I am unsure of accuracy. Also the exact shade of purple is a bit unclear to me, the line is so tiny and was sometimes too watered down. But FSH levels fluctuate a lot anyway normally so you need to test for many weeks to get a true picture of what's going on.I would recommend before you take these to research what the expected level is and what point in your cycle you should test at. However in my case I don't menstruate (but still have ovaries) so I have no idea where in my cycle I'm actually at on any given day, which makes it tougher. If you can, test with first morning urine. Also remember that treatment should always be based on your symptoms, not your test results. I was just curious to see if I'm still peri, or past that.

not really helpful
I thought these strips would be more helpful for indicating menopause stage. Thankfully it comes with 3 strips because the first one was a bit confusing and hard to read. It is basically like a pregnancy urine test strip but you compare the darkness of the line for the level of FSH at specific times during your period. I don't really know what negative and positive FSH means when it lists numerical values, too. Does it mean almost menopause? Almost perimenopause? Almost not fertile? I might try another package since they are cheap and I am curious about it but might try a different brand.

They work but…
It can be really difficult to distinguish the shade of the line not only because the difference is so subtle, but because these strips are super narrow, maybe 1/8 of an inch wide at best. They DO work, I actually bought more to test for a second cycle, I’ve used these for two cycles now, and I can say that I’m most likely going to be okay as far as not being too far into perimenopause to make conception super difficult, but I THINK my FSH is still a bit high for my age. Again, a bit difficult to really get much more than a foggy answer, but I paid for second set/cycle which helped confirm the accuracy.

Not sure what to think…
I ordered this 3pk of Menopause Test Strips to test at home. The test was easy to take and results displayed quickly, but the results are based on a color chart so results seem very subjective so I’m just not sure how accurate the test is. For the price and ease it was worth a try.

I think it worked.
There's no real way to know if it's accurate without going to the doctor to have my levels checked. The levels were in the range I expected though.

Decent
They seem to work fine. No way to know for sure if these are accurate but they test for your FSH levels. This will be good to use in the coming years
