I really love this KT tape. The quality for the price is unmatched. I’m rehabbing my kneecap alignment and this has given me the much needed support.It’s very sticky and has stayed in place for days without peeling or threads coming out. This photo is on day 4, having held up through multiple jiu jitsu classes and showers. Very impressed with its longevity compared to other brands I’ve used.A hugeeee plus- it doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin. With other brands I have had red tape marks for days after I take it off and this one comes off easy (I take it off in the shower) and leaves my skin unblemished.

Works great! Stays in for a couple of days and no skin irritation. Great value for what you pay!

Works as stated, but be careful taking it off, really sticks tight. and may damage skin if you don’t use care in removing this tape. Otherwise no complaints

This stuff stays on better than a lot of the more expensive KT tapes out there. Comfortable, no skin irritation and great adhesion.

My daughter uses this regularly during sports and it helps her reduce pain from shin splints and muscle strain in her legs. It is easy to put on and stays on for 2-3 days depending on how and why you apply it. It provided great support when I had lower back pain due to a muscle strain and made sitting and driving tolerable. We have purchased the three pack a couple of times.
