This is my 2nd of this model, and I've run probably 2,000 miles with them. Great for keeping my Samsung Galaxy phone with me without bouncing around. Can add gels for a long run or race, ID, car keys, or other small item.I replaced the first one because I just couldn't get the sweat stink out of the first one any more.Very versatile for size. Highly recommend.

This fits a U.S. passport in the larger compartment along with room for a cell phone. The smaller one has enough room for several credit cards, drivers license or folded paper money. It is comfortable and secure. I wore it for 3 weeks traveling through Europe. I also use it when I ride, stops the problem of things falling out of your pocket. Nice enough that I have looked in my pockets for my phone or wallet only to remember it is in the GEARWEAR belt. Wear it with the pockets in the back or front, doesn't matter.

I wore this daily on a two week trip overseas. The large pocket held over $2000 in cash no problem and the small pocket a few credit cards.It can hold larger items, but then it has a visible bulge under your shirt if you’re trying to be inconspicuous.I went through several airport security screenings and never removed it. So comfortable I forgot I had it on many times.

This darn thing never wants to stay on my hips. I tighten it up as much as possible and after a few minutes of running it rides up and is bouncing around my torso. I would say this is good for low to medium-intensity exercise, but running or high intensity workouts maybe not. Didn’t lose my keys though!

I was looking for something to carry my iPhone, keys and wallet. They tended to fall out of my pocket when sitting down especially if I needed to pull anything out of my pocket. I don’t like Fanny Packs so I hoped this would work.I highly recommend this as a better option as it is very comfortable and almost invisible. Don’t hesitate to buy it.

I love love love this belt! I've also sent it to two friends and they absolutely love it. One friend is about to go on travel and she was thrilled so that she could keep her phone and her money and things like that on her person with no worry of losing them - and not having to wear an old school "butt bag".Slim, comfortable, and plenty of room. I don't know how anyone can think that this is bulky when there's almost nothing to it.I have never been able to stand using an armband at the gym so used to just carry my phone around so I can listen to music via my Bluetooth headset. Who wants to do that with covid? Or risk losing or dropping your phone? Now it's *right there* and once I set my station, I don't need to touch it again.For walks hikes, or something like an art fair, it's perfect. It fits my phone, car key, ID, credit card, money, lip balm, and even reading glasses or slimline sunglasses. I love that there is one large pocket and one small pocket. The small pocket is large enough to put your car key, lip balm, money and ID, while putting your phone and your reading glasses or your small sunglasses in the larger pocket.
