I have taken the pills for over three weeks and I can say that I feel the difference. My energy and stability is good and I have less pain. Also during sleep I wake up fewer times to use the restroom. Great product for a 71 year old.

Great pills to take on the go when maca powder isn't a convenient option. They're a manageable size to take, effective and they don't give a bad aftertaste.

As the title suggests, these arrived with the correct number in the bottle. The capsules were not stuck together, as some others have been. They are standard capsule size and easily swallowed. I don't keep them in my mouth long enough to taste them, so I can't comment on that.As I don't own a laboratory, I can't attest to the accuracy of their content claims. I also cannot tell you if they work at this time. It has not been long enough and frankly, each supplement will impact each person differently, so what works for me, might not work for you. It's best to approach the use of any new supplement, with an open unbiased mindset.I will report back only if I experience no effect or adverse effects.

I never knew what maca root was for prior to taking this supplement, and I honestly still do not know of it does what it is supposed to do, which is to help reduce fatigue and improve energy levels. However, with that said, I do exercise excessively, take several supplements, and at times, it is difficult to determine which one is having the most significant impact.With that disclaimer out of the way, let us continue.This particular one goes generous on the maca root at 1200mg per serving. The capsules are moderate in size, and they do give off a somewhat pungent odor/taste when you initially consume them. With that said though, that does not last and there is no real aftertaste associated with these. Nor do I get any adverse effects such as stomach discomfort, nausea, or anything similar. So, any lack of side effects is always a positive.When all is said and done, if you’ve had solid results with maca root before, this supplement would probably be right up your alley. The quantity is generous and the price is reasonable.

There is a wealth of information online touting the benefits of this product on the body and physical performance. I am happy to say that while researching, I did learn that this product is 3rd part tested and that the company itself has demonstrated that they have their own reported clinical studies to pull information from.Speaking on the observed effects, I can say that I have noticed a higher overall amount of energy while working out and overall better physical stamina doing certain more cardio intensive activities such as working on a heavy bag. Overall, I think this is a great supplement.
