I really appreciate the taste. It’s nothing like cough syrup type of taste. Which I was worried about. It’s a tolerable taste. So that’s good.

I was excited about the product and with the help of our Mayo nutritionist picked this product and ordered it. I am really concerned about the quality. The packaging for the bottles had a second clean sticker in it cover the original protective sticker. The original had been sliced open. The bottle did not have a protective plastic seal. I asked for a refund without even trying it because I was worried that it was something that had been returned, diluted, or in some other way tampered with.

Very large size bottle. Cherry and metallic flavor. Not too bad.

I was so hesitant to order this product. Just the thought of taking a Liquid Iron supplement. When the bottle arrived, I looked at it and thought what have I gotten myself into? Was it really worth it? The mere thought of what lay inside waiting for me, I can already imagine what this is gonna taste like. Augh do I have the stomach to take this. Over the years, I have had a love-hate relationship with iron supplements the doctors love to prescribe them, and I’ve hated everything about taking them the upset stomach, the constipation, the aftertaste nothing about it was appealing. over the last 30 years, I have taken numerous different types of iron supplements coated ones , ones that claim to not upset your stomach or cause constipation., slow release tablets, you name it I think I’ve tried it. So I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this product to find a strong cherry scent. I know the bottle says cherry flavored but realistically I was expecting a strong metal smell not cherry. The flavor is not bad considering what it’s trying to mask. It gives off more of a night quill flavor. If that makes sense.it’s not super metallic tasting. The flavor does linger a bit but it’s not horrible. Kind of like a strong cherry coke. I’ve only taken a couple of doses but so far I’ve had none of the normal side effects from taking an iron supplement . If this works as expected I will be adding it into my daily regiment to fight my anemia

Got the caramel flavor and my goodness the taste is absolutely awful… it tastes nothing like caramel. I’m gonna have to mix it into something to get it down.

My daughter has taken an iron supplement pretty much since she was born. She only drink water, so adding iron to water taste like a bag of pennies. And when I would actually drink hers, it would literally make me want to throw up. I don’t know how she can handle it. And it makes me so sad that that is all my daughter knows. Because she has to drink it all day long in order to receive her full dosage.The cherry flavor is the first and only supplement I have been able to find that is comparable to her normal ferrous sulfate iron drops. Because she has such chronic kidney issues she is unable to take anything else I have presented to the doctors. I feel better and having a cherry flavor, though it is still metallic.

I'm anemic and this is working great for me. The taste is great as well. I take my 5ml and chase it with orange juice or put it in my smoothie. The size is great as well. This is going to last awhile.
