The iron arrived yesterday and from the first moment I was impressed by how well it works. It heats up quickly and the steam is powerful, ideal for removing wrinkles without much effort. I used it on different types of fabric and the result was excellent. It is light, easy to use and the water tank does not drip, which I think is very important. Although it does not bring automatic shutdown, its good performance and ease of use compensate for that detail. This thing works great. It’s like a miracle. No more ironing. Works better than an iron. Just one issue -it is very tippy. Not stable. Also should come with a funnel to fill the base. I couldn’t find a funnel so I couldn’t use it until I got one. But I can’t complain about the results. This is a great idea. Yes, water will leak but not a big deal. If I found a better one I would get it but for the money this works great.

Awesome steamer! I purchased it to steam-press new pleated curtains, but when first I opened the box, I thougth it looked too small to do the job... I was wrong. It is small, but it heats up instantly & the steam is really powerful. It only took one pass with the steamer & the set-in shipping wrinkles were instantly gone; I didn't have to keep going them over and over again as I normally would with a steam iron. I tried it on my guest room sheets and it made them look like quality hotel sheets instantly! I decided to really test it and started on my husband's 100% cotton shirts; it took the wrinkles out of them in a 10th of the time it takes to do do them with a steam iron and they look like they've been to the dry-cleaners. This is really one of the best products I've gotten on Amazon. Very good quality. It's not heavy and very easy to use. I will say the the water tank is a smidge small, but it's very easy to refill.

It works great! I mainly use in the morning, when I see my kids's uniform is a bit wrinkly. It heat up quick, and small enough to keep it in the bedroom closet, so I can set it up quickly. It removes wrinkles really quick, and great for the time you are in hurry. You can also take this with you when you are traveling as it is small enough to fit in the suitcase. it is durable, and highly recommend this! I will be using this more than my normal iron.

This is the BEST steamer ever! I have tried several brands over the years and by far, this one heats up the fastest and is the most efficient and effective. It produces INCREDIBLE steam and does not need frequent refilling. The water receptacle is easy to fill and empty (a huge plus!) and this steamer works well on all types of fabric.

The item looked used and old and does not match the picture or description. Short power cord with wrong power adapter. I had to send it back. Very dissapointing

Poor performance, not recommended

Had high hopes and was looking forward to using. Firstly wrong colour was sent ~ no big deal. But to then find it had an American plug and was the wrong voltage for the UK was very disappointing. No where in the description does it state this! Beware. I have now had to start a return with only one option of returning which in itself is not convenient and requires printing of label which will mean an extra journey in the opposite direction.

This did not have a uk plug a d by the time I got an adaptor the return window closed. This does not work or create any steam. Poor product unfortunately.
