Excellent product and Seller
This charm was for my daughter's horse mad friend. The seller dispatched the item to me very promptly but unfortunately it did not arrive and tracking information had an unfamiliar signature on it. The seller was very understanding and very kindly sent me a replacement without charge. The charm itself is beautifully wrapped in a little gift bag and is really lovely and made to a high standard. My daughter's friend will love it. I highly recommend this product and seller.

Cute personalised Keychain
Really lovely idea. The horses were smaller than expected. I only added one initial as it was already 7.99 by then. But, it would have been nicer with 2 initials and a charm (as well as the horses). That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars as it feels expensive for what it is. Otherwise a really great idea and good service.
