Does a great job cleaning my night gard for sleep apnea. Very easy to use. It took off what a tooth brush and dish soap couldn't take off. A great value for the money. Very quiet when it is running .

This product works very well. My teeth sta moist and help cleaning to be much easier. It disinfects well. I would by this again. It is very useful and easy to use. Arrived on time in good condition. Good value for money. I have been using it every day for over a month an is doing great.. it has a good size big enough to cover all of teeth yet small enough to not be in the way. It appears to be sturdy and long lastinh.

Unlike my Zima, this one works every time, and because it's larger, you can also clean brush heads or multiple mouth guards in it.

good value wish it would clean better

Simply doesn't work! Perhaps I received a defective product, but this unit failed to work right out of the box. The light goes on, the machine makes a clicking noise when activated, but there is absolutely no cleaning action going on. Rather than small bubbles that are supposed to clean the retainer, the water simply sits absolutely still when the machine is activated. It is literally like watching a clear glass of still water sitting on a tabletop....nothing whatsoever. After using the product about a dozen times with no improvement, I called Customer Service at Swissker to advise them of the problem. I was told that their "Amazon Specialist" would call me back either that day or, at the very latest, the next day. That was five days ago and nobody from Swissker has ever called me back. I am now returning the product to Amazon for a refund. Very poor customer service (and a defective product) from Swissker. UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by Swissker. They offered to send me a replacement unit at no charge. We'll have to wait and see if the replacement unit works any better than the original unit.

I just received it a couple days ago, but it seems to do exactly what it is supposed to do. It’s compact so it won’t take up much space. I think price is reasonable because it appears to be a good solid cleaner- not flimsy, but not heavy. it’s effective- it cleans my Invisalign braces. It does need to be plugged in. Very simple instructions and easy to use. It makes a little noise when it’s functioning, not loud. I’m pleased so far.

It works great! Cleans well

Worked perfect for about 6 months and it stopped working all of a sudden, unfortunately it was after the returnable time table and the troubleshooting from reviews and online videos did not work. I wished it worked for at least a year but I guess you get what you pay for.
