I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality of this product. It's a little heavy, but it's a metal case and looks almost like my space gray iPhone X. It has a kickstand and a little pull our bracket to hold the phone in place when standing up. Not sure how that little plastic foot rest piece will hold up over time, but we will see. One thing to note about this little footrest to hold the phone. I have a glass protector on the front and back of my iPhone X so it still as thin as the original. If you had a bulkier or thicker case it may not sit properly on the foot rest. Unfortunately I can't test that part. I took off a star because the charger will not lay completely flat because of the kickstand when it is closed, but I don't think it was ever meant to lay flat when wireless charging. I was impressed you can adjust the angle of the kickstand so Face ID is a snap when unlocking the iPhone. There are two USB ports for wired charging and you can charge the charger with either a mini USB. or a USB-Type C. Both will work. The blue LED's let you know how much charge is left. Not sure if it's a fast charger or not, I didn't really bother to check, but for my use it charged in an acceptable amount of time. If this works out over the next few weeks with my traveling schedule, I"ll by another.

It charges (itself) slow and it's quite finicky about phone placement while also not making the coil and it's so slick that if you breathe on it the phone might move out of position. But I also own a very small phone. Larger phones may have a better experience. Oh and if the battery is very low and you have it plugged in to charge it may not be willing to also charge a phone. But overall it's not bad and once you get used to it it does it's job.

I bought this product less than a month ago and it is a game changer! This worked with a Galaxy S7 Edge, S8, and iPhone X very well. I will give a 5 star if this continues to charge my phone and watch at the same time

This is a very slow charger!!! Both USB and wireless charging takes too long. Also, it is advertised as 10,000 mAh, so it should charge my iPhone XS Max around 3 times. Nope. It cannot even provide 1 full charge!!!! At most, it gave around 70% power. Aesthetically it’s beautiful, but functionally, it’s not a good product.

Try wireless charging for the first time. I am very surprised that this is powerful.

It looks pretty cool.At fist time,I thought I got an iphoneX,then realized that it is the power bank.I wish I could use it for a long time.

Lets first say that costumer service is good. I order the power bank, and it only worked charging the phone when plugging it to the power bank, not as a Qi charger. So i contacted CS, and they sent a brand new device. This time everything worked as supposed to work. But being this a huge and heavy device it supposed to charge my phone more than 1 and a half times. I have another one (other brand) which charges more 4 times being an 10000mAh bank as well. Not recommended.
