We got this watch for our 5 year old, but this hasn't been accurate about her location, it shows random places when we know she is definitely not there. The S.O.S is supposed to call 3 different numbers when it is activated until someone responds but it only calls my number. As far as the main function she can call me and I can call her, but the GPS part is extremely disappointing and it causes more anxiety than anything. I am not sure if the problem is the watch or the app. It would be nice if someone can help us to figure it out.

This product does not have a GPS radio. It uses LBS...location bases services... Meaning it uses the radio towers to triangulate your position. Which is off by 3 miles.. GPS is a satilite that is accurate down to an pin head... Do

I don’t even know how to use this. I need to return if possible , it’s impossible to use and or set up. Waste of money

Received product. Tried to activate but never got service. Called Cust Service and received "help" via an email, which didn't activate the sim card/watch. Don't waste your time/money.
