Effective product - lacking in customer service
This product is effective for me, and I feel better when using it. I don't notice the immediate impact that others have described. I observe it when I skip a day and don't use the product. I have placed several orders for the caffeine-free version and added it to Subscribe & Save. I don't enjoy the taste, but it is better than an alternative product that I tried. It does taste similar to described (peach-mango tea), but I simply drink it quickly. I do have an issue with the company's lack of customer service. Despite them sending me multiple emails (including every time I order), they do not respond to my emails. I have emailed two questions and received zero response.
